ok guys need some advice.
i was a regular weight trainer then got very ill now recovering and allowed to return to working out from Jan 2010. I aint been to a gym in 3 years so am out of touch with what the best ones are. I live in Charlestown D11 so anywhere within reasonable driving distance that you can recommend would be appreciated.

I'm new to bodybuilding, totally new to it - looking to seriously bulk up. I'm 29, approx 15st and live in Dublin, do a lot ot running etc.

Can anyone recommend a good gym, not looking for a big all frills one, a basement type gym with good vibe.

i dont think theres many people in ireland using gh and insulin, but thats just my guess? not on this forum anyways Smile

I know we all go to the gym and exercise, but how healthy are you. Speaking for myself about a year ago I was eating everything and anything i.e, tuna out of a can, weight gainers, mc donalds, calorie shakes from the chemist, no vegetables etc. But now I drink Manuka honey, gallons of water, fish from the butchers and meat, vegetables by the bucket, vitamins, also grind my own juice in the morning and i have to say I feel hundred times better for it. I cut out 99% of the shit that was going into ...

Just taught i would post this i was involved in a car accident and as a result i injured my lower back i used to train and lift weights alot but since the back problem i had to stop training. i,am attending physio am doing hypertensions to built it up and pussy floor excercises would good mornings help it and does anyone have this problem and what would you recommend

hey guys,i was searching through some weight gainer and came across optimum nutrition mass gainer(1250 cals) 2 scoops= 1 serving(350gm). In a 12lb bag you only get 16 serving???????????? how the hell is that, in a 12 lb bag i want that bad boy to last me at least 5/6weeks not 2,anyone else come across this stuff,its extremely cheap for 12lbs but now i know why
